Door handles JNF IN.00.027 Matt Brass
PVD coating – an additional layer of metal is deposited on the surface using vapor. This is a coating method performed in a high-pressure vacuum by ion bombardment, evaporation condensation and spray metallization. In other words, the basic principles of vacuum evaporation: under vacuum conditions, metal and metal alloys are evaporated and then deposited on the surface of the substrate. The evaporation method is usually used for heating resistance, and an electron beam bombards the coating material to evaporate into the gas phase and then deposit it on the surface of the substrate. Historically, vacuum evaporation is the earliest technology used in the PVD method.
PVD coating has the following properties:
Extremely thin film thickness (from 1 to 3 microns);
Has high durability
Protects handles from scratches.
Made without any impurities in the composition;
JNF Handles are designed for door leaves with a thickness of 38-44 mm. The mechanism is reinforced with double metal self-aligning springs. Handles with thin 8 mm thick metal rosettes.
The set includes:
If your door leaf is thicker than 44mm, you will need a thicker door installation kit, leave the relevant information in the order notes, including the thickness of the door leaf. Then the mounting kit will be adapted to your needs.
