PURCHASE RETURNS

In accordance with the Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 255, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchased Goods and return them within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, however, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of refusal if the purchased goods are made to order.

SIA "KLIKSHOP" reserves the right to refuse the Client the opportunity to exercise the right of refusal or withhold compensation in the case of an individual order if the Product has been used or damaged, if it is not in its original packaging or the packaging is significantly damaged. If a faulty Product has been purchased, the Client must immediately notify SIA KLIKSHOP by phone + 371 23177888, or by e-mail: info@klikshop, or by personally contacting Nīcgales iela 18A, Riga.
