Handle SEVENTY Black PVD

Handle SEVENTY PVD coating – an additional layer of metal is deposited on the surface of the handle with the help of steam. It is a coating method performed in high pressure vacuum by ion bombardment, evaporation condensation and spray metallization. In other words, the basic principles of vacuum evaporation are: under vacuum conditions, metal and metal alloys are vaporized and then deposited on the surface of the substrate. The evaporation method is usually used to heat the resist, and an electron beam bombards the coating material to vaporize it into the gas phase and then deposit it on the substrate surface. Historically, vacuum evaporation is the earliest technology used in the PVD method.

PVD coating has the following properties:

Ultra-thin film thickness (from 1 to 3 microns);

Made without any impurities in the composition;

Has great durability;

Protects handles from scratches.

Handles are designed for 38-44mm thick door leaves. The mechanism is reinforced with double metal self-levelling springs. Handles with thin 8 mm thick metal rosettes.

The set includes:

– a pair of handles – left and right; together with 8 mm thick handle rosettes;

– 2 pcs of mounting rosettes (so-called mounting adapters);

– 8x8mm diameter handle bar;

– 2 pcs M4 through-hole screws;

– 2 hex screws and a 3mm hex key;

- assembly instructions.

If your door leaf will be thicker than 44mm, you will need a thicker door installation kit, leave important related information in the order notes, including the thickness of the door leaf. Then the mounting kit will be tailored to your needs.
