Automatic door threshold TREND 39dB

Automatic Drop-Down Door Seal TREND C.C.E. is a concealed automatic seal installed into the bottom of the door leaf. It closes the gap between the door and the floor, helping to reduce the transmission of noise and smoke underneath the door.

When the door closes, the mechanism automatically lowers the seal towards the floor. When the door opens, the seal retracts into the profile. TREND seals gaps of up to 14 mm, allowing a continuous floor surface without a conventional raised threshold.

The model features a C-profile seal providing a 32 dB noise protection rating. The mechanism has been tested for 200,000 opening and closing cycles, providing reliable performance for long-term use.

The seal is available in different lengths and can be shortened to the required size. An optional additional activator is available to provide even, double-sided lowering. Manufactured by C.C.E. with Italy listed as the country of origin.
