Automatic door threshold TREND PLUS 50dB

Automatic Drop-Down Door Seal TREND PLUS C.C.E. is a concealed drop-down seal designed for installation into the bottom edge of a door leaf. It automatically closes the gap between the door and floor, helping to reduce the transmission of noise and smoke underneath the door.

When the door closes, the mechanism automatically lowers the seal onto the floor. When the door opens, the seal retracts back into the aluminium profile. TREND PLUS can seal gaps of up to 14 mm, allowing a continuous floor surface without a conventional raised threshold.

The model features an H-profile seal and provides a sound insulation rating of up to 50 dB. The mechanism has been tested for 200,000 opening and closing cycles, making it suitable for residential as well as frequently used interior doors.

The profile is available in different lengths and can be shortened to match the required door leaf width. Manufactured by C.C.E. in Italy.
